vehicle on the road. HQ Automotive realizes we are a service as opposed to a retail
store. Any parts/products we sell are a consequence of providing the service of
satisfying your needs. You will always find this service provided with honesty and a
friendly attitude. HQ knows getting your vehicle worked on can be a hassle and a source
of stress, we do everything we can to reduce this for you.
HQ realizes there is a difference in quality and 'gold plating'. In other words all the
parts/products we use on your vehicle are parts we trust to perform superbly. For
example if you purchase a new tire from us we don't put air in the tire. Air contains
Oxygen and moisture which reduce the life of the tire. All new tires come nitrogen
inflated further reducing your overall cost and increasing safety. There are numerous
examples in both the techniques and parts we use to help illustrate, too many to mention
here. You will find other examples explained in greater detail in our web pages.
At HQ we don't "play games". The price quoted is the price we expect the bill to be
including everything (parts/labor/tax, etc). We don't use 'low ball' techniques to get you in
the door and expect to raise the price on you after we get started performing the work.
We also don't sell you things simply to increase our profit. We believe profit is a
consequence of keeping your vehicle in good condition, earning your trust and your
return business. It sounds simple....At HQ Automotive it is.
